• Free to browse: WikiDeal is accessible without a subscription — browse freely, read wiki pages, and explore contracts at no cost.
• Required to sign a contract: Both parties must be up to date with their monthly subscription fee to sign a contract.
• Retroactive billing at signing: All overdue subscription fees are collected retroactively at the time of the next contract signing — billed in addition to the transaction commission, not deducted from it.
• Double commission + subscription: Each transaction carries a double commission: one for the User Group, one for the WikiDeal platform (5%–15% total, justified exceptions possible). Subscription fees are charged on top.
• Micro-payments: For frequent small transactions, overdue fees may be spread as micro-installments. For larger contracts, the full overdue amount is settled in one payment.

📈 WIL Value: Bonding Curve, Not a Fixed Rate

There is no fixed annual increase. The CHF value of Rewards is intended to follow a bonding curve that adjusts dynamically with actual platform usage and subscription revenue. Redistribution is at cost (1-2% fees), progressive and pro rata, within the limits set by the curve.
