The foundation confirms incoming payments (which activates the promised Cash Rewards) and validates outgoing transfers: bank transfers and internal market deals. Every action is logged for transparency.

A Cash Reward is never activated automatically: it stays "pending" until an operator confirms the payment after the holding period (illustrative: 7 days, anti-fraud and chargebacks). On confirmation, the reward switches to "active" on the donor dashboard.

Bank transfers are executed by the foundation (direct bank transfer of the "transferable to your bank account" balance). Internal market deals are agreed directly between holders on the internal market; the foundation only validates and executes the reward transfer, it is not a party to the price.
