The foundation confirms incoming payments (which activates the promised subscription tokens) and validates outgoing transfers: bank transfers and internal market deals. Every action is logged for transparency.

A subscription token is never activated automatically: it stays "pending" until an operator confirms the payment after the holding period (illustrative: 7 days, anti-fraud and chargebacks). On confirmation, the subscription token switches to "active" on the donor dashboard.

Bank transfers are executed by the foundation (direct bank transfer of the "transferable to your bank account" balance). Internal market deals are agreed directly between holders on the internal market; the foundation only validates and executes the subscription token transfer, it is not a party to the price.
