Agreement between the founder (Théo Bondolfi) and the Ynternet.org Foundation regarding the transfer of all rights to WikiDeal.

Early Supporters and Founder's Reward Reallocation

Out of the 50 million Rewards assigned to the founder's family office for the initial creation and risk-taking, the founder ultimately retains only 30 million. The remaining 20 million are reallocated as follows:

• 10 million Rewards are explicitly abandoned and transferred to the Foundation. They are strictly reserved to be redistributed to third parties, such as beneficiaries of Open Calls and early contributors who provide time and expertise without financial contribution. This allows the Foundation to remunerate contributors who believe in the project using Rewards, avoiding the depletion of the Prototype 1 cash budget.
• 10 million Rewards are managed directly by the founder to be distributed at his discretion. This mechanism is officially designed to thank these early supporters (who helped the founder build himself and his network) and incentivize them to make a financial donation. It acknowledges supporters who trust the founder's capacity to deliver complex projects despite the inherent risks, based on his established track record (see Appendix B: Founder's Past Realizations).

During the prototyping phase, the founder retains the right to participate in the attribution of the Foundation's 10 million Rewards, specifically for at least the first 20 small Open Calls, to help shape the community models. This attribution requires a consensus process:

• The founder commits to a principle of consent (accepting the decision even in case of disagreement) for at least half of these redistributed Rewards.
• The remaining half (5 million Rewards) must be distributed with the founder's explicit authorization. This is particularly intended for large contributors with whom specific contracts will be negotiated to bring fame, high-level expertise, or group piloting.

Founder's Past Realizations (Context for Early Supporters)

The discretionary distribution of the 10 million Rewards managed by the founder is based on the trust placed by early supporters in his capacity to deliver ambitious and difficult projects. This trust is built on a track record of past achievements, where he successfully managed complex commitments, often from a very young age, without any significant failure.

Factual examples of these past realizations include:

• Social Networks and Digital Commons: Creating a social network (cooperation.net) six years before Facebook and maintaining it for 10 years without public funding. Providing blog hosting, social networks, and similar services in the 1990s to over 10,000 NGO leaders in the francophone world and developing countries.
• Major Cultural Events: Directing the Nuit de la Photo (an international photography festival featuring world-renowned photographers) in the 1990s at the age of 21/22. Organizing 21 editions of TEDxGeneva conferences.
• Research and Social Economy: Piloting over 30 research and training programs for the Ynternet.org Foundation, APRES (the Chamber of Social and Solidarity Economy in Geneva, apres-ge.ch), and other networks. Initiating European projects such as WikiSkills and Wikinomix.
• Community and Consumer Advocacy: Co-founding and developing ecovillages and cooperative housing (ecopol.net, Coopérative Bâtir Groupé). Presiding over the Fédération Romande des Consommateurs (FRC) for 5 years. Initiating the networking of actors in the Flon district at age 19. Managing the Lasmala association (lasmala.org, which later merged with Aptes).

This history demonstrates a consistent ability to overcome challenges, sometimes taking more time than initially planned, but ultimately achieving concrete results. Early supporters who donate to WikiDeal express their recognition of this proven resilience and capacity for execution.
