Figure 1 · How the Foundation need works: effective multiplier vs foundation provision[7]
the initial requirement starts at CHF 100'000: the need stays at full for a long time ×100 ×80 ×60 ×30 floor ×30 · Foundation need: 30% at 3 months of provision sample position: month 1 → full need 100% → ×100 0 1 2 3 months of functioning cost held in provision (target: 3 months × CHF 10'000)
Proposed formula, to be validated: Foundation need = 100% - 70% × (months of provision covered ÷ 3), effective multiplier = WikiDeal token algorithm multiplier × Foundation need. The descent only starts once the outstanding requirement is covered. The initial requirement starts at CHF 100'000 and grows by CHF 10'000 each month, so the need stays at full for a long time; the pace of purchases is what brings it down. At 3 months of provision the Foundation need is 30% and the multiplier is at the ×30 floor, never below. The provision is the last figure of the system: it drives the Foundation need.

The need is at full need (100%): your purchase today gets the full ×100 multiplier of the WikiDeal token algorithm. The initial requirement starts at CHF 100'000, so the need stays at full for a long time; the pace of purchases is what brings it down. Later, once the requirement is covered and the provision builds, the Foundation need descends (partly need) and the effective multiplier follows (see the examples below). When you subscribe, everything is visible at once: multiplier, Foundation need, effective multiplier, your potential WikiDeal token, and the margin allocated to the foundation provision (to be confirmed). The WikiDeal token is a potential ceiling, paid only from real subscription income, with no guarantee.

When you buy tokens: your WikiDeal token appears, then your choice (sample)[8]
Sample purchase of CHF 1'000 at ×100: your potential WikiDeal token of CHF 100'000 appears, then the question: "What percentage do you want to give to the foundation?" Free choice from 0% to 100% (0% is allowed).
Preset "cashback"×1: you get back just the amount you subscribed (CHF 1'000), the rest goes to the foundation
Preset "full gift"100% to the foundation, you keep CHF 0
Free choiceany percentage from 0% to 100%, e.g. 25% to the foundation: CHF 25'000 to the foundation, CHF 75'000 kept as potential WikiDeal token
Later in the round: sample CHF 1'000 purchases at lower levels of the Foundation need
Foundation needEffective multiplierPotential WikiDeal token NOT GUARANTEED
full need: 100% (today: month 1)×100CHF 100'000
partly need: 80%×80CHF 80'000
partly need: 60%×60CHF 60'000
partly need: 30%×30 (floor)CHF 30'000

The initial requirement starts at CHF 100'000, so the need stays at full for a long time. These examples show later stages, once the outstanding requirement is covered and the provision fills.

3. My WikiDeal tokens

⚡ Two token states — activatable vs activated (read this first)
🔶 ACTIVATABLE tokens — usable now, limited scope

Received through a Love Money start-up token purchase (Bonding Curve multiplier ×100 → ×30). From day one they can pay only for: (a) your WikiDeal platform subscription, and (b) advisory / incubation services provided by the volunteer core team. They can NOT pay for third-party services.

✅ ACTIVATED tokens — full use, incl. third-party services

A token becomes activated only once it is covered by subscription revenue actually collected (order of magnitude: ≈ CHF 50 million of subscriptions to turn the activatable pool into activated tokens). Only activated tokens can pay for services delivered by third parties — e.g. transport, where 80–90% of the price goes to the provider (driver).

⚠️ Avoid the misunderstanding: the ×100 multiplier does not mean you can immediately pay for transport or any other third-party service. Your wallet must first be « filled » by real subscription income: activatable → activated. The dashboard always shows your « usable now » share (platform subscription + volunteer-team advisory/incubation) separately from your « activatable later » share.

🔁 Transferable: WikiDeal utility tokens are transferable to third parties — you can transfer tokens to someone else, who then uses them to buy services on the platform (the same activation rules apply to the new holder).

4. How payments flow

[You] --credit card--> [Stripe] --confirmed--> [Netizen3 account] | holding period (illustrative: 7 days) v [Netizen3 confirms the payment] | v [Your WikiDeal token is ACTIVATED] then becomes progressively "transferable to your bank account" as subscription income arrives
A possible annual percentage increase on WikiDeal tokens is under study — see the draft Open Call.
  1. WikiDeal token algorithm: fixed algorithm. It starts at ×100, ends at ×30 and distributes 50 million WikiDeal tokens according to a mathematical formula (sample description, subject to validation). The ×30 floor comes from this curve.
  2. Foundation margin: when the Foundation need is below 100%, the difference between what the WikiDeal token algorithm promises and the WikiDeal token actually attributed stays with the foundation and is allocated to the foundation provision. This margin grows over time.
  3. Simulator amounts are sample data. The WikiDeal token is a potential ceiling, never a guaranteed payment.
  4. A WikiDeal token is never activated automatically on Stripe reception. It is activated by Netizen3 after the holding period.
  5. Illustrative split: CHF 1.00 of each CHF 10/year subscription feeds WikiDeal token holders (exact share to be confirmed).
  6. Foundation provision: the total sum attributed to the foundation as a provision, not as WikiDeal tokens, to fund the maintenance and development of WikiDeal.
  7. Foundation need: the second curve of the system, shown as the gauge. Effective multiplier = multiplier × Foundation need. At 100% it is called full need, below 100% partly need. The need stays at full need as long as the outstanding requirement is not covered: outstanding requirement = CHF 100'000 (initial requirement) + CHF 10'000 × (months - 1) - cumulative purchases, never shown below CHF 0. The functioning variable (CHF 10'000/month) is set at launch and adjustable. Once the requirement is covered, the Foundation need descends fast below 100% (for example ×90 then ×80 for money nominally at ×100) as the foundation provision fills. When the provision reaches 3 months of functioning cost, the Foundation need is 30% and the multiplier is at the ×30 floor. Proposed formula, to be validated: Foundation need = 100% - 70% × (months of provision covered ÷ 3), effective multiplier = WikiDeal token algorithm multiplier × Foundation need, never below ×30. Half of the incoming money goes to the monthly functioning costs, half to the initial requirement. All values are sample data.
  8. When you buy tokens, your potential WikiDeal token appears first, then you choose what percentage of it you give to the foundation, from 0% to 100% (0% is allowed). Two presets: "cashback" (you keep just the amount you subscribed, ×1) and "full subscription" (100% to the foundation). Sample data.
