This subscription agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of [Date] by and between [Subscriber's Full Name], an individual or legal entity (the "Subscriber"), and Netizen3, a Swiss entity acting as the operating entity for the WikiDeal project, under the oversight of the Ynternet.org Foundation ("Netizen3").
WikiDeal is an open, non-speculative platform project supervised by the Ynternet.org Foundation. A subscription is the foundational unit of participation in WikiDeal: it grants access to the platform and its services, and a voice in its governance. This Agreement is neither a donation nor a purchase of WikiDeal tokens; those are separate, independent options governed by their own agreements.
"Subscription" — the right of access to the WikiDeal platform and its services, starting at CHF 1 per month, acquired directly, accumulated through platform activity, or received as a gift (including subscriptions offered by WikiDeal token holders).
"WikiDeal tokens" — conditional rights defined in the WikiDeal Token Purchase Agreement; before activation they serve only to obtain and offer subscriptions.
"User Group" — a community of WikiDeal members organised around a service category or region, operating with local autonomy within WikiDeal's core principles.
"Open Call" — WikiDeal's seasonal invitation for community proposals to improve or partially substitute elements of the model.
The object of this Agreement is to grant the Subscriber, in consideration of the subscription paid, the rights of access and participation set out in Clause 3, for the duration of the subscription.
An active subscription grants the Subscriber the right to:
These rights are activated progressively as the Subscriber completes the onboarding steps and as the corresponding platform features are deployed.
The subscription runs for the paid period (by default one year) and may be renewed. A subscription may be acquired directly, accumulated through platform activity, or received as a gift from a WikiDeal token holder who chooses to offer subscriptions to help others join the movement.
All commissions and operating costs applicable to the Subscriber's activity on the platform are charged strictly at real cost, with no profit objective and no hidden costs, in accordance with WikiDeal's Real Cost Commission model.
WikiDeal operates under the supervision of the Ynternet.org Foundation, which appoints the WikiDeal Steering Committee. The Subscriber acknowledges this governance structure and the one-user-one-vote principle.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subscription. The Subscriber waives their right to ordinary jurisdiction in favor of the simplified arbitration process described on the WikiDeal platform (Arbitration).
