Amendment — Extension of Babysitting Hours

This Amendment modifies Contract 1 (Babysitting Services Agreement) entered into between the parties on the date specified in the platform record. Both parties agree in writing via the WikiDeal platform to the following modification:

Original scope (Article 2): Session duration of 4 hours (18:00–22:00).
Amended scope: Session duration extended to 6 hours (18:00–00:00). The additional 2 hours are charged at the standard hourly rate agreed in the base contract (Article 3). No additional overtime surcharge applies unless the session extends beyond 00:00.

Reason for amendment: The Recipient's plans have changed and additional childcare is required. The Provider has confirmed availability for the extended duration via the platform's availability tool.

Financial impact: Total session value increases from CHF 72.00 (4h × CHF 18/hr) to CHF 108.00 (6h × CHF 18/hr). The WikiDeal Commission of 1.5% is recalculated on the new total: CHF 1.62. All other terms of the base contract remain unchanged.

Irrevocability: Both parties confirm acceptance via the platform's digital signature tool. Once both parties have signed, this amendment is as binding as the original contract.
