Closing Contract — Mutual Confirmation of Service Completion

Both parties, the Family (Recipient) and the Babysitter (Provider), hereby confirm in writing via the WikiDeal platform that the recurring babysitting engagement described in the referenced Babysitting Services Agreement (Contract 1) has been completed to the mutual satisfaction of both parties.

Declaration by Recipient: The Recipient confirms that all sessions were completed as agreed, that the child(ren) were well cared for throughout the engagement, and that all payments due under the base contract and any amendments have been fully settled. The Recipient raises no outstanding disputes, claims, or grievances in connection with this engagement.

Declaration by Provider: The Provider confirms that all sessions were completed as agreed and in accordance with the care instructions provided, that all compensation due has been received, and that the Provider has no outstanding claims against the Recipient in connection with this engagement.

Ratings and references: Both parties confirm they have completed their mutual platform ratings. The Provider's profile will reflect the successful completion of this engagement. The Recipient may request a reference letter from the Provider by checking the "Request Reference" option in the platform before signing this closing contract.

Effect of this closing contract: Upon mutual digital signature via the WikiDeal platform, both parties are released from all ongoing obligations under the base contract and its amendments, except for confidentiality obligations which survive this agreement. The WikiDeal platform archives this closing contract as evidence of satisfactory completion.
